What is yoga

Yoga…

It is a gift to be discovered at one’s pace, at one’s moment and time.

It is as simple as it is complex.
It is a way of life, an art, a science, an infinite study with no beginning and no end.
It is an ancient pathway freedom from suffering.

Yoga…

It Is a journey to one’s Pure Being that has always been there and will always be there, untouched by anything that has ever happened in life or anything that ever will, an ocean of inner peace.

Yoga…

It is pure love, pure divinity that lives inside each of us, waiting to be awakened through constant practice, discipline, faith, patience and love for oneself, love for others and for God.

Yoga…

It Is not a command. It is will power and strength of character that arises from a deep desire to know One’s true self. It is finding the source from which action arises and living from that place. It is action in inaction… and inaction in action.

Yoga…

It Is not what one thinks, it is not what one is told. It is the truth revealed within; it is the truth practiced and understood. It is discovering one’s breath becoming one with the inhale and one with the exhale. It is to nurture one’s prana, to destroy one’s ego through direct experience of the truth.

Yoga…

It Is committing and surrendering. It is finding when one is not searching, and it is to search without expecting to find.

It Is detachment from what was, acceptance of what it is, and contentment with what will be.

Yoga…

It Is immeasurable, indescribable… It is the stillness behind the rhythm of life.

Yoga…

It is abiding in Oneness and true knowing that there has never been another.
